1999 – EPACK Group Established

EPACK Group was established at the turn of the century, by a family of entrepreneurs who brought together the best of resources in manpower and technology to setup an EPS (Expanded Polystyrene Packaging) manufacturing facility in Greater Noida, on the outskirts of Delhi.

This initiative, which proved to be a huge success, was an outcome of years of effort, juggling work and family commitments. Ever since, our entrepreneurial streak kept growing and soon enough we diversified business into two more verticals – consumer durables and pre-engineered buildings manufacturing.

Mr. B. L. Bothra, the Chairman, is a highly accomplished individual with a strong educational foundation. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce from SRCC, Delhi, India, where he earned recognition as a gold medalist. He commenced his professional journey by entering his family’s Automotive Parts Trading business.

Mr. Bothra’s leadership is characterized by wisdom and dynamism, enabling significant expansion and remarkable growth across all aspects of the business. His dedication to the group is profound, establishing commendable relationships with industry dignitaries and multinational corporations such as LG, SAMSUNG, PANASONIC, CARRIER, SCHINDLER, DAIKIN, WHIRLPOOL, KAJARIA, among others.

Driven by his zeal and enthusiasm, he transformed the family business into a successful corporate group. Starting from a small trading outfit, he now oversees multiple thriving industrial units as the Managing Director of EPACK GROUP.

Social and Philanthropic Involvement:

Beyond his corporate endeavors, Mr. Bothra is actively engaged in various social and religious societies, devoting his time to social welfare. Currently, he is spearheading the establishment of a state-of-the-art Dialysis & Mediation center, aimed at providing affordable healthcare to every Indian suffering from kidney ailments.

Mr. Laxmi Pat Bothra is a Mechanical Engineer and serves as the Founder Director of the East India Group and East India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. located in Greater Noida. This dynamic professional has played a key role in establishing the company as the largest manufacturer of Thermocol products in India, catering to esteemed clients such as Samsung, Panasonic, Daikin, Studd, LG, Kajaria, Jaguar, Steel Birds, and many others.

Professional Achievements:

Under his leadership, East India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. has become a prominent player in the electronic manufacturing services industry. The company’s unit in Bangalore offers a diverse range of electronic manufacturing services, specializing in technically demanding solutions. The state-of-the-art electronics plant in Bangalore, India, serves as an Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) provider in Medical Electronics, Telecom, Defense, Automotive, and Industrial Electronics, with a primary focus on the export market.

With a rich educational background, Mr. Sanjay Singhania serves as the Managing Director and Founder of EPACK Group of Companies. The group embarked on its first venture in 1999 under his visionary leadership. Over the last two decades, he has been a driving force behind the group’s expansion into diverse sectors, including Pre-Engineered Buildings,Consumer Durable, and EPS Packaging.

Mr. Singhania is a proactive individual who thrives on tackling new challenges. Throughout his impressive career, he has successfully led various businesses within the group. His core strengths encompass operations management, team building, finance, accounting, legal affairs, and new product development.

Currently, Mr. Singhania plays a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability of the prefab and infrastructure business. Additionally, he oversees the finance and accounting functions across all group companies.

Philanthropic Involvement:

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Sanjay Singhania is Chair of the ICT, Electronics & Telecom Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce and industry and active members FICCI, JITO, Rotary Club, Entrepreneurs Organization, BCI etc..

Mr. Ajay Singhania stands as one of India’s foremost entrepreneurs and is the founder director of EPACK Durable. Under his leadership, EPACK Durable has emerged as India’s largest manufacturer of air-conditioners and home appliances, contributing to a substantial turnover exceeding Rs. 1000 Cr. The company serves reputable brands such as Voltas, Blue Star, Philips, Bajaj, Bosch-Siemens, among others.

Mr. Ajay graduated with honors in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious NIT-Hamirpur. His academic journey continued with an MBA in Operations & Information Technology from the University of Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA, where he earned the distinction of being a Gold Medalist.

In addition to his entrepreneurial success, Mr. Ajay has made significant contributions to the Rotary community, joining in the year 2013-14. Notably, he served as the President of the Rotary Club of Delhi Heritage during the term 2017-18.
